Fowzi was born in the middle east and raised in Los Angeles. After graduating from UC Davis, he studied the art of screenwriting and in just a few years, he went from a raw talent, to honed with a voice of his own. He has since worked with the likes of F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton), Dominique Telson, Greg Carter, and Deshon Hardy, completing commissioned work, writing episodes for a top rated UMC TV series, '5th Ward,' wrote and directed 'Catching Up' (Short Film), which won BEST SHORT FILM at the prestigious BronzeLens Film Festival (Academy Qualifying), and also has been an Official Selection for LA Shorts International Film Fest (Academy Qualifying) and a few others as the list keeps growing. He is currently writing a bio series for Playhouse Pictures title 'Life is Raw,' and completed his second short film "Live With It," which he wrote and directed.
